office makeover for rue magazine

we are so honored to be included in the latest issue of rue magazine!!

they asked leila khalil (be inspired pr) if they could feature her office makeover...when she first came into the workspace, it was super BLAH...with a little help from some new hardwood floors, track lighting, green paint and textured white wallpaper, the space was spruced up and ready for decor...we bought most of the furniture and pieces from big box stores like ikea, cb2 and z gallerie...it shows that anyone, anywhere can have this look!

we then accented with some signature pieces from urbanic - like the orange and white chevron pattern clipboard (LOVE) and those gold and ivory jonathan adler coasters! anne from rue magazine made the look complete with that adorable kate spade polka dot change purse...

all pillows were from cb2, as well as the cute little green hourglasses...

i loved these cb2 vases so much i decided to keep them and put them in my own home! leila might have to buy her own set now :)

most of the white decor pieces in the office were from z gallerie or homegoods...

i knew as soon as i saw this ferris wheel from cb2 that we had to have it for our shoot...it added a touch of whimsy that the office needed!

and i have to thank the fabulous photographer, laure joliet, for not only being sweet as can be but for snapping some shots of bossy for me - i die for these!

thank you thank you thank you to rue mag, leila and laure!!

Your dog is so adorable! I am commenting because I have sent some emails and haven't heard back so I am thinking your server is blocking them for some reason. I am wanting to get availability and a quote on florals for our "vow renewal for two" this May at Saddlerock Ranch. If you could send me an email I can give you more details. hayesphoto@gmail.com. Thanks!

Green colors and patterns were fascinating. It is just like you are working with nature everyday. The place was so refreshing to the eyes and it is nice to work with this environment.

The ferris wheel and the pooch are just extremely awesome! :) And having a personal workspace with all those designs is just ideal!

Very nature-inspired! And I love those white decors with orange details. Your office is just simply amazing. Cute dog, by the way.
